awake or asleep?

Is it better to stay awake if u only have 3 hrs to sleep or should i get only 3hrs of sleep and wake up grumpy? not enuff time in a day.

also on Sept 10, was the anniversary of the fallen butoh dancer from the mutual life building. last year in the freexing cold, butoh dancers Eiko & Koma performed on the shores of elliott bay to pay homage to the fallen. it was intense, sad, and uplifting all at the same time. i saw a handfull of familiar faces at the spectacle.

Tattoo or not to tattoo, the Tattoo Convention is happening, it's tempting, since LY gave me a cool stamp of the image i really like. More pain that i need inflicted on my skin? arrgh. tough call. imagery? totoro, kliban cat, dragon, obake,raijin,
swirling clouds with fireballs, lightning, family crest...
i can't decide so i'll have to settle for a henna tattoo every summer.

Nordy's goin' a bit dark & edgy

On Aug 6 before i went off to the lantern floating event, i peeped some interesting window displays at the Downtown Nordstrom's -- it was a bit dark and fetishy, but getting away with it in a 'goth' kinda way. I noticed these tricked out girls (one possibly azn) carrying out a SM kinda scene against a window as the backdrop. Passerbys were just passing by, i didnt take a picture cuz i had the lame SharperImage digital camera and it was in the shade and i'd be a DGA (dead give away) obvious, not COVERT enuff 4me.
BUT IF I DID have my Half-frame camera, i'd have some killer shots. I dont usually get attracted by Nordy's windows but these coulda been at the Erotic Art Festival easily! there were alot of pierced and tattooed individuals stopping to look at the scenes.

I had to continue on my errands and left the scene that was unfolding..i wonder if any newspapers covered this..? hmm
